Kenne die ensaimada persönlich aus Mallorca. Kann natürlich nicht direkt aus dem Backofen- vielleicht auch noch etwas warm zu mir kommen - durch die Verpackung ist jedoch eine noch recht gute frische des Produktes zu bestätigen zumal der beigefügte Puderzucker dann erst auf das Gebäck gestreut wird. Es muss dann aber am gleichen Tag gegessen werden, da die ensaimada sonst sehr schnell austrocknet und dann nicht mehr schmeckt.
Know the ensaimada personally from Mallorca. Of course, can not possibly even slightly warm straight from the oven to me - but the packaging is to be confirmed since the accompanying powdered sugar is only then sprinkled onto the pastry still a very good fresh of the product. It must be eaten on the same day but then, as the ensaimada otherwise overly dry and no longer tastes.
Deuxieme commande de Ensaimadas ils sont excellents et cette année pour Noël je vais remplacer ma traditionnelle pompe à huile provençale par ces succulent gâteaux de Majorque . Je conseille à tous de goûter ces Ensaimadas . Bon Noël à tous

Suit à la deuxième fois que je commande l'ensaimada toujours aussi satisfait par la qualité du produit et petite nostalgie de vacances à Majorque.
Petit bémol sur le prix de livraison que je un peu cher.

Ensaimada je dobrá,chutnala nám, samozřejmě není to taková ňamka jako čerstvá na Baleárech, ale když se lehce rozpeče tak je OK. Lepší něco nežli nic.
Ensaimada is good, tasted like us, of course it's not Namka such as fresh in the Balearics, but when lightly rozpeče it is OK. Better than nothing.
