Un ARCOS, que más puedo decir, buen cuchillo jamonero. Lógicamente no es lo mismo que uno profesional! Pero para cortar el jamón tan fino como una hoja de papel de fumar te sirve, claro, si no lo consigues igual te falta cortar más jamones... Sigue probando hasta conseguirlo.
An ARCOS, what else can I say, a good ham knife. Logically it is not the same as a professional one! But to cut the ham as fine as a sheet of cigarette paper it works, of course, if you don't get it, you still need to cut more hams ... Keep trying until you get it.
