Ham Stand Buarfe Elite Inox (Adjustable)

• For slicing hams and shoulders.
• AISI-304 stainless steel arm and black polyethylene base 3.8 cm thick.
• Polyethylene PE-500 is highly resistant to impacts, acids and solvents. It meets all the requirements for contact with food.
• Rocker system to secure the ham holder in multiple positions to adapt to the carver's preferences.
• Rotary bushings for rotating the ham 360º without loosening the screws attached to the hoof. Internal diameter 7 cm and external diameter 8.5 cm.
• Long screw for attaching the ham by the hoof.
• A folding, v-shaped piece made of polyethylene PE-500 at the bottom part of the ham holder, allowing us to secure the ham firmly without employing any spikes that might damage it. The old version of this product had five steel skewers, as you can see in the videos, but since 2018 this piece has been changed.
• Non-slip feet to secure the base tightly to the stand.
• The ham holder ships fully assembled and includes a 5 mm Allen key to adjust the rotary skewers on the lower section.
• Completely dishwasher safe.
• Weight 7.925 kg, for greater stability and safety when slicing

This video shows the 2017 model, which has a small difference compared to the current model. The spikes to hold the base of the ham have been replaced by a V-shaped plastic piece.
