En primer lugar decir para aquellos indecisos en comprar este producto,que soy cortador profesional de jamon y que este jamonero fue mi compañero durante los 3 primeros años de cortes y cumplio perfectamente los casi 240 cortes en eventos sin ningun problema ni rotura de nada,lo cual os deja mas que claro que este jamonero para el hogar o incluso para principiantes a nivel profesional es uno de los mejores que he visto y decir tambien que he comprado unos 10 mas, para todas mis amistades que se lo han ido adquiriendo en sus casas, conforme lo hablabamos en tertulias de jamon,jamoneros,cuchillos,etc...asi que lo recomiendo 100%...un saludo.
