Il a toutes les caractéristiques d'un trèss bon jambon ibérique Bellota : un peu salé, un goût de noisette, gras mais pas trop et avec une excellente longueur en bouche. J'en recommenderai assurément.

Questa volta ho optato per la confezione con il prosciutto disossato e suddiviso in tre pezzi sottovuoto che, pur perdendo un po' di poesia, rende utilizzabile l'affettatrice e garantisce l'ottimizzazione del pregiato prodotto. Perfect quantity of fat, just cured to perfection with the right amount of salt...that is why i bought this one that arrived last week and im planning to eat it in february march next year...it looks great...the guys at Ibergour are superb, you can chat with them live online and they are very helpful with any question you have about the hams or other products...im a spanish person living in the uk now for 15 years and this ham is probably the best ham i ve ever taste together with the 5 jotas brand ...this is the 4th time i ve use Ibergour and i will use them again in the future, simply the best!!!! El jamón Frexnense es un jamón excelente, en su punto de sal y de buena textura al corte, quizás un poco fresco(un poco inmaduro)El gusto es suave y cremoso,con buenas infiltraciones de grasa,en algunos puntos excesiva. En todo caso se trata de un muy buen jamón de bellota,con muy buena relación calidad/precio totalmente recomendable.El servicio y la atención de Ibergour impecables.
