Muy seco el jamon.Very dry the ham.

EL Jamon estaba muy seco, mucho tocino, la mayor parte se ha utilizado para hacer Lentejas, Cocido, opino que un Jamon de Jabugo Sanchez Romero Calbajal tiene que tener una Garantia de calidaz.

The ham was very dry, much bacon, most was used to make Lentils, cooked, think that a Jabugo Ham Sanchez Romero Calbajal must have a guarantee calidaz.

Il tutto è arrivato velocemente e ben confezionato.
Come omaggio vi era il supporto in legno ed il coltello.
Il supporto è indispensabile, altrimenti quasi impossibile tagliare il jamon.

Compre este jamón por que me pareció bien de precio y más por que decía Sánchez Romero Carvajal y yo lo asocié a que era el 5 J pero nada que ver.
Es preferible comprar un mejor jamón ya sea el 5j o alguno de guijuelo que este.

é il 5 patanegra che compero on line,ed ho cambiato fornitori....ma devo dire che questo tipo ''Jabugo Sanchez Romero Carvajal '' è un ottimo compromesso tra spesa e sapore!
Ovviamente non è paragonabile al Joselito(che costa più del doppio)....!!!
Quindi ve lo consiglio vivamente! Buon sapore,rilascia quella sensazione nelle guancie tipico del patanegra...e non ci uccide il portafoglio!

is the 5th Patanegra I buy online, and I changed suppliers .... but I must say that this type Sanchez Romero Carvajal Jabugo''''is a good compromise between cost and taste!
Obviously it is not comparable to Joselito (which costs more than twice) ... !
So there I highly recommend it! Good taste, makes that feeling in the cheeks of a typical Patanegra ... and does not kill your wallet!
