Prosciutto ottimo, non è la massima qualità, ovviamente ero consapevole di aver scelto una qualità media. Ovviamente superiore a qualsiasi altro prodotto che conosciamo in Italia.

Ceppo abbastanza stabile, il coltello decisamente scarso, si fa fatica a tagliare anche se lo si affila. Scarsa qualità del coltello.
Quite stable stump, the knife very scarce, it is difficult to cut even if it is sharpened. Poor quality of the knife.
