Hams and shoulders are not packed in individual cartons. We place all the items you purchase in the smallest possible number of cartons to save on shipping costs. If you prefer having them packed in a different way, email us at info@ibergour.com indicating how many hams/shoulders you want, where you want them shipped and how you want them packed. We will calculate the additional cost of shipping according to your indications.
We ship the whole shoulder wrapped in grease-free paper and an outside cloth wrapper, all encased in a plastic bag for maximum hygiene. When you receive it, take it out of the bag and remove all the wrapping. You can keep it hung by the string at room temperature for up to 6 months before starting it. Once cutting has started, consume it in 1-2 months.
We remove the rind and the bone, cutting it into as many parts as you wish, and vacuum wrap each piece separately. We leave only the edible fat (ready to slice and serve).
We slice your entire shoulder and wrap the slices in 100-gram vacuum packs, separating them with plastic strips for easier serving.
We can slice the shoulder by machine (+£20.32) or with a knife (+£43.53).

Sono Italiana, ma ho vissuto 5 anni in Spagna, ho avuto modo di apprezzare il prosciutto Spagnolo inteso la lavorazione che viene fatta per il Belota, pata negra ecc.il loro gusto è completamente diverso dai nostri più rinomati, ma per me non c'è paragone
Sono più buoni, io non posso rinunciare al mio ordine con la Ibergour per avere un buon prosciutto Spagnolo sulla mia tavola.
I am Italian, but I lived in Spain for 5 years, I had the opportunity to appreciate Spanish ham, including the processing that is done for Belota, pata negra etc. their taste is completely different from our more renowned ones, but for me there is no it's a comparison. They are better, I can't give up my order with Ibergour to have a good Spanish ham on my table.
this is one of the best hams i have bought. we had a 5J bellota ham at the same time and on a blind taste test all of my extended family preferred this ham. would definitely recommend.
La paletilla resultó demasiado salada. Es una pena porque el jamón reserva de cerdos extremeños si resultó ex celente.
The shoulder was too salty. It's a shame because the reserve ham from Extremadura pigs was excellent.

recu le jambon en tres bon état et dans les délais.Mais la premiere découpe pour acceder aux premieres tranches mangeables nous a obligé a dégager d'abord au moins 500gr de gras....apparament ce jambon est trop jeune??D'ailleurs il est vraiment anormal de n'avoir aucune info sur le temps d'affinage vu le prix du produit! Received the ham in very good condition and on time. But the first cut to access the first edible slices forced us to first clear at least 500gr fat .... apparently this ham is too young ?? Besides it is really abnormal to have no info on the ripening time given the price of the product! DF
