Paletilla correcta aunque para el precio esperaba un poco más. La proporción tocino/magro no estaba equilibrada: demasiado tocino para poco magro. Pese a esto, en algunas zonas el magro estaba más bien seco. Nada trágico: el jamón se podía comer y estaba correcto, pero para ser una paletilla "de gama alta" esperaba un poco más.
La próxima vez seguramente compre la 5J que tiene un precio similar pero me parece de mejor calidad.

De todos los jamones que he comprado he de reconocer que esta paletilla es de lo mejor.
Antes compre un Joselito que me salió salado, eso sí me lo cambiaron por otro que no lo estaba tanto, pero ni la mitad de bueno que este.
A pesar de que los jamones en general no tienen la calidad que tenian años(20-30)atrás, este Frexnense es de sabor y aroma muy bueno,incluso la textura no esta nada mal. Probablemente repita.

ce jambon est excellent mais manque de maturité le 5J jotas est bien meilleur avec son arôme granuleux dans le gras et son gout intense ils se suffit a lui même.
Ce jambon et trop cher par rapport a son gout.

Es la primera que pruebo de esta marca.Primero pensaba que me iba a salir con bastante grasa, conforme voy consumiendo, ha salida mas parte magra, así que ha bajado la cantidad de grasa que había, esta, para mi gusto, muy buena, muy tierna, muy gustosa.
Una buena elección a mi entender.
