Ingredients: White rice (5.3 mm/grain).

Expiry date: Minimum 2 months after delivery.

Storing: Room temperature.

Characteristics: This is a variety of round rice that is highly absorbent (up to 3 parts liquid to 1 part rice) that does not become pasty if cooked longer than the recommended time.
When cooked it may increase up to 70% in length and thickness.
Ideal rice for savory dishes (paellas, casseroles) and sweet dishes (rice pudding).
Protein content: 8,5 %.
Cooking time: 18-20 min.
Yield: 90 g/serving.

Cooking instructions

Use 3-3.5 parts liquid (broth or water) to 1 part rice.
Boil over high heat for 10 minutes and 8 minutes more over low heat.
After 18 minutes, turn off the heat and let the rice sit for 5 minutes.
