questo salame di extremadura quando non è ancora tagliato è buono, però la confezione in fette inviatami "non si era mantenuta", infatti il grasso era diventato molto 'rancido' e non è stato possibile gustarle. Forse andrebbe mantenuto in busta per un periodo più breve.
