Trop grasToo fat

Ce saucisson a bon goût mais il est trop gras à mon goût.
Avec un peu moins de gras il garderait son onctuosité et me conviendrait mieux.

E' la prima volta che assaggio questo genere di prodotto ,
ma credo esistano salami
dal gusto superiore (anche quà in Sardegna dove vivo).
Sicuramente da non disprezzare , ma non giustifico
il prezzo così elevato.

This is the first time I tasted this kind of product, but I think there are sausages taste better (even here in Sardinia where I live).
Definitely do not despise, but not justify the price so high.

Service & packaging was excellent and the Joselito Salchichón was as good as I remember it being when I lived in Spain.
I'll definitely be ordering more. Wonderful flavour and memories.

Excellent ratio of fat to meat

The darker colour of the meat has a very deep flavour, both sweet and savoury and a great aroma. My salchichon did have quite a bit of gristle though.
